Parcel card, very unusualy franked by Austrian stamps, 1,20 K., sent from Ljubljana 1 (10.II.19) to Juršinci (12/2), where all delivery remarks were noted in manuscript, including the charging of the delivery fee in cash due to the shortage of postage due stamps. Later all remarks were crossed over and written in manuscript "refuses to accept" (13/2) and returned to Ljubljana
