Newspapers stamps, Vienna printing, blue on yellow, rough paper, with new overprint in paras in complete sheet (!) Stamps are in places separated by along perforations (between 4 and 6 para the sheet is completely separated and reinforced with hinge). Few stamps are damaged, the gum is not well preserved (some brown spots). Common are  sheet reconstructions of several parts, complete sheets are not many recorded. Very rare item!
