Slightly creased stampless parcel card without hand written remarks of paid postage which was apparently calculated at 1,42 K. and presumably collected. This was probably the result of the stamp shortage and inadequate instructions in the transitional period. Sent from "Ober Mösel, 1.1.19” to Ljubljana (3.1.19!!), in several aspects interesting item
