Stampless parcel card (1907 issue, official, i.e. free of postage use) sent from "Ljubljana 1, 5a , 14.III.19" to Begunje pri Cerknici where a postage due of 20 vin. was charged. Due to shortage of postage due stamps a definitive 20 vin. Chainbreaker was used with provisional overprint “PORTO"  by rubber cachet.
