Quality of stamps is in part somewhat mixed (S/Sheet Nr. 1 of Romania is slightly thinned at margin, S/Sheet Nr. 1 of Monaco somewhat creased). Many stamps have hinge remnants or partly bicolour gum. Additionally one smaller box with cheap cancelled stamps in parchment envelopes. Precise inspection recommended.
