Yugoslavia. "Industrial cities", Din. 150.00 Titograd stamp in vertical pair from lower margin. Perforation of the sheet was shifted upwards by one whole horizontal row. Therefore the lower stamp is only perforated above. Stamps are MNH of very good quality. Rare.
