Slovene Littoral. Postage Due, stamps of 10 and 1 Lira se tenant in pair. Quality of stamps is poor. Perforations along the lower margin has been unprofesionally repaired and the pair is creased in the middle along perforations. There are traces of partial repair of gum. Still a rarity, only few pairs are recorded.
