Δ,16 J,Chainbreakers. Large fragment of "Srijem" newspaper issued in Vukovar by the "Croat Community", with recipient's address, franked by diagonally bisected 4 para (overprinted on 2 vin) stamp , cancelled by Vukovar (22. JAN 21) cancellation. As described in HFS manual, newspapers issued on January 15 and 22 were franked using bisected stamps. Very rare !
