Independent State of Croatia. Landscapes Issue. Twenty one album pages with specialization. Two gutter-pair blocks of four, few stamps with full offset at back. Additionally stamps with engravers' signs and other part-constant flaws. Included is 1,50 Kn. value with constant flaw "Man on the Road"  which is hinged and of very good quality. Otherwise the quality of stamps is somewhat mixed, including some hinged stamps or stamps without gum.
