Yugoslavia. Anti-Tuberculosis beneficiary stamp of 1978 with an overprint of unknown (speculative ?) origin, same as used on TBC beneficiary stamp of 1988 (on stamp of other orientation !). Overprint is shifted, upper row remains without overprint. Sold "as is".
