Yugoslavia.  Istria, Slovene Littoral. Complete counter sheet of 100 stamps with all constant flaws. Quality of stamps is generally good, only few single stamps with brown spots in gum but - unfortunately - also the stamp with the  constant flaw "JugoslaZija".
