Partisans with new value overprint. The value 8 on 9 Din., MNH horizontal pair from right margin. The left stamp has a heavily shifted overprint, the right stamp is without overprint. Both stamps are MNH, right stamp is slightly creased. We believe that only one sheet existed with such shift. According material from my archive estimate this pair as 9th row of the mentioned sheet. Very rare
