,2 (9), 2 IV, 5 I, 8 I,Cover, franked with 1,75 Lira sent registered from Vrhnika (5.IV.44) to Ljubljana. There are three stamps with constant flaws in franking, 10 cent. with "Dot under Right Paw", 25 cent. with "Damaged SK" and 50 cent. with "Thick Eagle's Beak". We are not quite sure, that the cover has actually been posted, however genuinely cancelled stamps with constant flaws are very rare.
