**,,Cetinje, Provisional issue 1945. Two album pages with varieties. Included are partly imperforate stamps, shifted perforations, light double overprint and various part-constant flaws. The quality of stamps is generally good. Few single stamps have brown spots in gum, including the key Postage Due stamp of 10 Lira. Inspection recommended.
