Pola. The value of 1,50 Lira / 75 cent., "Tamburino", four stamps affixed to a letter and cancelled Pola (9.6.45). Two stamps have inverted overprint ! An address is written on the cover which has a registration label, yet the cover was probably not mailed . This value with inverted overprint is rare.
