**,493/493 I,Partisans with new value overprint. The value 8/9 Din., MNH horizontal pair from lower right corner. The left stamp has a heavily shifted overprint, the right stamp is without overprint. Both stamps are MNH. The overprinted stamp is slightly damaged, it has a thinned paper spot. The stamp without overprint is of very good quality. According known photocopies of similarf pairs probably only one sheet has been overprinted with such shift. Very rare.
