,It. P. 58,Cover of poor quality (creased, roughly opened, flip missing at back), franked with 50 cent., using fiscal stamps !! with few brown stains sent from Ljubljana 3 ((2), 13.6.42) to Triest. Fiscal stamps are cancelled, however at some point in transmission marked as non valid. On arrival in Trieste 1 Lira postage due was charged (15.6.42). An extraordinary combination !
