King Peter II. and Anti-Tuberculosis Issue.  Both sets overprinted  "Alto Commissario". King Peter II. set is mint, hinged with hardly visible hinge remnants. The value of 10 Din. is scuffed to the front and has a repaired image. This set Bar and France Certificates. Anti-Tuberculosis set is of mixed quality. Two stamps are MNH, two have improved gum and brown stains, Certificate Bar.
