Parcel card (slight tear above) franked with 1,10 K. sent from Vienna (date illegible) to Brežice. In Brežice 5 vin. advice of arrival fee was charged (7/3, 19) and on the  next day another 15 vin. definitive 'Chainbreaker' were used as Postage dues, rare !
