Δ,16J,Fragment of 'Srijem' newspaper (issued in Vukovar by the 'Croat Community'), franked by diagonally bisected 4 para (overprint on 2 vin) stamp, cancelled 'VUKOVAR, 22. JAN. 921';. Described in HFS manual (for the newspaper issued on January 15). Bisected stamps were, obviously also used for franking of the newspaper issued on January 22nd. Very rare.
