,13 (2),Cover franked 2 x 20 vin., sent from Pliberk (19.XI.19) to Ontario, Canada. Without arrival cancellation but with several remarks on insufficent postage, obviously a confusion on part of postal clerks. Small pinholes suggest something was attached to the back of the cover.
