Parcel card, franked 4,70 K., mixed franking of Austrian 4 K. value, issue 1916 (dark green ! ), sent from Tržič (18. IX. 19) to Ljubljana (19. IX. 19). The 4 K. value is slightly creased and has two brown stains. A rare use of 4 K. value on a complete  document - only few are known used in the Chainbreakers period.
