Newspapers stamps (one cut into ), sent from Ljubljana 2. 1. 19 (one day before the issue of Chainbreakers ! ) to Mokronog (arrival cancellation for 3.1.19, 5 vin. Delivery fee (stamp damaged) was charged later , probably on January 21, 19, the second cancellation is partly excised, a rare combination !
