Newspapers stamps, Ljubljana printing; "Heart of the sheet". Four values (2, 4, 10 and 30 vin.,) each in a block of eight with gutters in - between, without gum. Vertically between stamps heavily creased between stamps and with some large brown stains. Probably an item from printers waste. Some colour stains on 30 vin. value and written remarks on margin. An extraordinary item regardless of defects in quality.
