,17, 19,Overfranked philatelic cover with 20 Lira and 50 Lira values, sent express -registered from Ljubljana 1 ((9), 7.VIII.44) to Vedana Olona (Varese, 15.8.44). Stamps are affixed additionaly with thin hinge strips. Genuinely cancelled 50 Lira value is very rare on mailed letter (albeit overfranked). I've seen it only few times. Rare opportunity !
