Picture postcards, Slovenia

,,Carinthia; an extraordinary collection of material concerning Carinthia Plebiscite. The collection consists of 40 items, mostly propaganda leaflets, few newspapers and one picture postcard (rare propaganda picture postcard "Don't care for old, failed Austria"). An exibition was planed in Ljubljana in October 1930 to mark the 10th anniversary of the Carinthia Plebiscite. This material was supposed to be part of the exibition and is therefore labelled with the name of owner. Part of the collection is a thank you letter to the owner by the organising committee of the exhibition. The exhibition was banned by the authorities and not held. A very interesting collection of historical documents.
